Shibori is at the forefront of the modern Shibori movement, reimagining ancient Japanese dyeing methods to create vibrant and unique textile artworks. With a focus on colour, texture, and innovation, Shibori has garnered acclaim for its art-based textiles and fabric manipulation.
The collaboration with Designer Rugs marks a significant milestone for Shibori, as they venture into the realm of bespoke rug design. The debut collection features seven distinct designs, each showcasing Shibori’s signature aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from wabi-sabi, each design reflects a deep appreciation for the beauty found in the imperfect and the transient.
