Final Sale

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. All items are sold as is and may include minor marks or faults.

No holds or phone orders will be accepted.

The sale begins at 10:00 am AEDT on 28 March 2026 and ends at 4:00 pm AEDT on 29 March 2026.

Shipping

A flat rate shipping fee of $100 applies to all orders within Australia.

Please ensure that your contact details are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot redirect orders once they are dispatched.
The rug will be delivered to your front door or apartment block. If no one is available to sign for it, the delivery company will leave a card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery. Please note that re-deliveries may incur additional charges.

Limited Time Offers

Backorders

Backorders are excluded from the sale.
Please note that items on backorder pre-sale dates, are not eligible for discounts or promotions.
