Terms and Conditions: Custom Colour Design Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Designer Rugs.

2. Competition Details:

• The competition will take place at the Designer Rugs Melbourne showroom on Saturday, 6th September as part of the Saturday Indesign event.
• Participants will have the opportunity to custom colour a Designer Rug for a chance to win that very rug, hand tufted in 100% wool, measuring 1.6m x 2.3m.

3. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Designer Rugs and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

4. Entry Requirements:

• To enter, participants must custom colour a Designer Rug at the Melbourne showroom on Saturday, 6th September.
• By participating, entrants agree to sign up for Designer Rugs' marketing newsletters and databases.

5. Prize Details:

• The prize is the custom-coloured rug designed by the winner, hand tufted in100% wool, measuring 1.6m x 2.3m.
• The prize is valued at $1,690 (including GST, RRP).
• The rug will take approximately 14-16 weeks to be produced and delivered.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected by Designer Rugs on Monday, 8th September.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Designer Rugs reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Marketing Consent:

• By entering the competition, participants consent to their details being added to Designer Rugs' marketing database.
• Participants may receive promotional emails and newsletters from Designer Rugs.
• Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.

8. General Conditions:

• Designer Rugs reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Designer Rugs is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the competition.
