We provide free standard shipping on all online stock orders within Australia.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify that your contact details are accurate at the time of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or redirect the delivery.
Deliveries will be made to your front door or the lobby of your apartment building. If no one is available to accept the order, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange re-delivery. Please note that any re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Deliveries occur on business days between the hours of 9am- 5pm [we do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays].
Deliveries are done using third party courier service providers such as TNT.
Sale prices are only available for a limited time and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end the sale at any time.
