blueandbrown was originally founded by dynamic duo Skye 'Blue' Vermeeesch and Kirsten Brown, who took " an idea in the park" to an internationally recognised design company. Skye believes good design should work in any medium and has proven this with the successful launch of blueandbrown canvas, candiy*, furniture, stationery, fabrics, rugs and other homeware products.

In November 2008, Skye became sole director of blueandbrown, the company is now known as Bleux.
